I had a discectomy with Dr Wewel in March and I just want to highly recommend him. Dr Wewel and Canon are exceptional medical professionals that encouraged me to pursue every avenue nonsurgically before proceeding with surgical intervention. My back is significantly better and my quality of life is very much improved to pre surgery. I will be going to them for any future back issues I encounter, but it feels great to be able to move again with minimal to no pain. Very grateful. 4 months out from surgery!
Extremely knowledgeable!! He took so much time reviewing my history and previous surgeries. We immediately had a plan in place. Before I left his office we had additional imaging done quickly. His office had arranged a consultation for my pain management and sent an order for a bone density scan. I left feeling very hopeful!!
Dr. Wewel and Canon have excellent bedside manner and are extremely knowledgeable. Care has been exceptional from beginning to end. My cervical fusion has healed wonderfully and the scar is much less pronounced than I anticipated. They are great at answering all my questions and getting back to me when messaged. I’m very grateful. Thank you!
