For those who like to watch sports with a rowdy, drunken crowd, this Murray Hill bar is an ideal spot. The decor of sports memorabilia and big television sets is popular with the crowd of post-collegiate sports devotees. The food consists of bar snacks, including Buffalo wings and burgers. Serious sports fans should note that this place is a little bit more about partying than about sports.

Terribly disappointing service – I went there last night to get some drinks with some friends and ordered a couple of beers. I noticed that the bartender didn't give me as much change as he should have ($10), so I inquire and gives me serious attitude. I ask to see his manager, and the manager clears things up and gives me my correct change back, which would all be fine, but then the original bartender leans over to me and says some patronizing and condescending remarks. If I were a bar owner, I would never employ this guy, ... read more
Rude staff and overpriced eats! – I'm a local patron who has made the mistake of trying this place the past two weekends to watch football. The waitstaff was incredibly rude on both occassions (especially the manager), the servers were rude and SLOW b/c gratuity was included, and the food was completely overpriced. Any other bar on the east side is a better place to grab a beer and watch the game. 515, Third and Long, whatever. Don't waste your money on JT -- it's NOT worth it!
LUCIOUS LOBSTER – WENT TO JOSHUA NEAR THE THEATER DIST. ON RESTAURANT ROW. MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT IN EARLY DECEMBER - HAD SEEN THE "LOBSTER" SPECIAL ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE DINNER WAS DELICIOUS - WE ORDERED AN EXTRA FOR ONLY $6.95. THE PRICES DREW ME TO THE RESTAURANT, HOWEVER, THE FOOD WAS UNEXPECTED PLEASURE.
FX3=Food, Folks, Fun! – Great place that has great food and a good atmosphere. The lobster night is not to be missed! The drinks are good, if you like the frozen or mixed genre of the cuchi collegiate. Put in the Karaoke twist on sunday, and you have a winner. And say hi to Joe, the Manager, he's always around and loves to give personal service!
Joshua Glee – This is the spot. Watch a game, meet some friends, socialize with every girl that JUST graduated college and is still looking to have fun and not at your wallet. try the buffalo chicken fingers and you will be hooked. Ask Mike Newman about the great Jack and Sprites. He is the one sitting at the bar with Anthony Dattoma talking to the pretty ladies.
The Best – We had our company party at Joshua Tree and it was a blast. The staff is so helpful and they did an absolutely GREAT job. The food and drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. This bar is a must...if you are going out, go to Joshua Tree.
A good time - most of the time – When Joshua Tree is crowded it sort of sucks, but when it's just regular-busy, it's a great spot. Tons of beers on tap and not too expensive. Fun music from across the 1990s pop charts. A good 20-something spot.
My Place – I always have a great time, the food is good, the women are hot and the TV are big.
Maybe a game..but – Not really a singles bar. Great place to watch the game on sunday and throw down a few pints with the boys....wouldn't advise hanging here for the sole purpose of meeting chics
