I had pretty high anxiety on my first visit, however Dr Brander assured me that he would take good care of me and he has treated my condition very well. His office staff are great and very flexible.
Best dental experience one could ask for. Very accommodating friendly staff and very close to a pain free post surgical experience also. I highly recommend Dr. Josh.
Very long story but summarized- no one told me I would owe a consultation fee upfront. When I got out, they told me I owed $327. I started crying and said I couldn’t pay it no one had told me. One of the staff members was rude and accused me of lying. Bradner was really nice and let me leave without payment. They billed my insurance $617 for one consultation. Terrible office, they trying to double dip and steal money, we went for a consultation for my daughter and was told they hate dealing with my insurance company so I had to pay $700 upfront to do the procedure and they would reimburse once my insurance paid. (My deductible was met earlier in the year for another injury she had) after about 11 months of fighting to get my refund because insurance paid them, they kept saying they didn’t owe me anything then I finally I showed them paperwork of what was my patient responsibility... read more
