He took the time to listen carefully to my sleep issues, never rushing me, and asked thoughtful follow-up questions. He made it clear he was genuinely interested in helping and was confident that he could help.

Terrible experience, do not recommend. He belittled my lived experience; the only thing that mattered was his opinion. I did not feel heard or respected at all. I don't think he understands what it's like to be disabled... He thinks everyone can "just do it." If it was that easy, I wouldn't be seeking a sleep study in the first place. Dr Ramseyer is an amazing doctor. We had a virtual call to review my CPAP usage and order a new machine. He came to the call well prepared having reviewed my history and CPAP usage report. He is the best CPAP doctor I have had over the past 20 years.

Changed physician to Dr Ramseyer and glad I did. This was a virtual visit. He was prepared, asked good questions to verify and expand history. He already had my CPAP history and recommended a change to settings. I feel more comfortable with Dr Ramseyer than previous 12 years with previous physician.
