Always a pleasure
Individualized attention to my daughter and her injury. Really looked at all aspects for her. Very thorough with the assessment. Provided all options and assisted in the decision making.
Fast check in and short wait time in exam room. Staff was friendly and courteous and answered all questions about care and treatment.
It is rare these days that a doctor, let alone a surgeon, takes the time and care with his patients. Dr. Landau is that unique, highly gifted physician. He is fastidious, and clearly a master of his craft. Leaving reviews is something I do not do. This time I am delighted to do so. Dr. Landau is a good human being, and an exceptional doctor.
He is an exceptionally good listener, attentive to my concerns, and willing to coordinate services for both the short- and long-term. I have confidence in his ability and concerns regarding my long-term health and wellness.
Dr. Landau applies his skill in such a manner that the patient feels cared for and important. He is the only doctor I have ever known who dictates his session summary in front of the patient to be sure he has it right from the patient's perspective.
Dr Landau listened to me about the pain i was having and we looked at my X-rays together and he explained what he saw. He was very nice and kind and was able to get me some relief in my shoulder. The staff was down to earth and professional also. The PA, Blaine, was nice and explained everything she was going to do.
Dr.Landau listened carefully. Analyzed the situation,ordered the necessary tests, interpreted the data and arranged for the treatment.Treatment was performed quickly and professionally by Blaine Brown.
