Dr. Landau is efficient at gathering and considering all symptoms and experiences and offering a supportive treatment plan. He is a great listener and is intentional about documenting each visit.
My simple consultation appointment took 2.5 hours. I waited in reception for more than an hour, after arriving 20 minutes early, as suggested. I watched several people arrive, get called back, and leave the office while I waited. When I was finally escorted back by an odd fellow walking slowly backwards, I was placed in an exam room where I was forgotten again.
