Josh Nelson worked with me for over a year until my fiancé and I found the perfect home. He never rushed the process but was always open to moving mountains when it came to anything we needed. Josh Nelson is a great realtor. He made my first time home buying process very easy for me, and I knew everything that was going on with the home buying process. He was flexible with my time and always responded to any questions I had or houses I wanted to look at and see. Josh also would point out any issues with a house that would need fixed or any issues with the surrounding houses/residents. 10/10 would recommend to others. He also is great at photography and captures the beauty of a house on the inside and out.

I had the best home buying experience with Josh and would recommend him to anyone and everyone! I felt that he really grasped what I was looking for and had so much patience with me as I asked to see so many houses, and some multiple times. 20/10 would recommend Josh all day long! You won’t be disappointed!
