What can I say about Mr. Joshua Nelson. First of all, I start by saying that since I started looking for a home, I met Mr. Nelson and requested him to take care of finding me a home. He did not only deliver but found our dream home. His professionalism in his work was superb. I have bought homes before and have had to deal with realtors and Joshua by far has surpass them all. Josh Nelson is a great realtor. He made my first time home buying process very easy for me, and I knew everything that was going on with the home buying process. He was flexible with my time and always responded to any questions I had or houses I wanted to look at and see. Josh also would point out any issues with a house that would need fixed or any issues with the surrounding houses/residents. 10/10 would recommend to others. He also is great at photography and captures the beauty of a house on the inside and out.

I felt that he really grasped what I was looking for and had so much patience with me as I asked to see so many houses, and some multiple times. 20/10 would recommend Josh all day long!
