My husband and I worked with Joshua on selling our home in Oklahoma. The transaction started off in a positive way with good communication. Once the appraisal was complete and we had details on what needed to be fixed before the final sale, communication with Joshua was difficult. The house was great, very good neighborhood. Don't expect a response for atleast 2 months when you ask for a refund. They have an option to switch to a 30 day lease for a little bit of an upcharge which I did due to my family getting bigger. It was a 3 bedroom and we needed a 4 bedroom. We cleaned this house up, repainted, everything got done that needed to get done on move out day. The thing is, when you switch, you forfeit your deposit. You can't get it back, and I was unaware of this. I don't think I would be as upset if ... read more
