I am so relieved that Josh squeezed me into his very busy schedule, before the tornadic storm hit, to repair a long stretch of severely sagging soffit that would surely have been scattered in the winds. He took care of it neatly, securely, quickly, and for less than the original estimate. Then he remained a good while longer, at my request, to assess a tricky leaking problem that will involve much more complexity to fix. I've hired Josh for a couple of roofing inspections and fixes and I've been really happy with his dependable and thorough work - he's worth his weight in gold. In my first year of homeownership I unfortunately had to deal with many surprise fixes and I got to quickly experience the nightmare that is the post-covid tradespeople shortage over and over again.
