Dr Woolard is an excellent pain management doctor. He really hears you and he asks pertinent questions. He has a huge desire to make you feel better and it shows. Dr Woolard has definitely improved my quality of life!
Dr. Woolard is the gold standard when it comes to patient care, bedside manner, patient education, overall demeanor, and more. I've seen dozens of providers over the years living with chronic illness, and Dr. Woolard remains the best of the best. I've never had such an empathetic, communicative provider who took my pain seriously and took swift action. He saved my life, and I will forever sing his praises. If you're looking for a Pain Specialist, there's no one better!!

Terrible experience. I have a herniated disc in L4/L5. I told Dr. Woolard I needed a Microdiscectomy and he stated I needed to do the epidurals for insurance purposes before I could do the surgery. I was against this but did it anyway to satisfy them. He did two epidurals and neither worked. My follow up visit he mentioned I was too young for surgery (I'm 39).
