The staff took xrays and Dr. Alpert provided a cortisone shot.
He was kind and very friendly. My first appointment with him, he explained the X. Rays and showed me where my problem was. I would definitely refer him to my friends. He gave me the least painful cortisone shot I have ever had.
My experience with Dr. Alpert was incredibly positive. He was thorough, professional, and warm. I felt well cared for and he patiently answered all my questions. His PAs are great as well - this was one of the best experiences with a physician that I've ever had.
Dr. Albert has a phenomenal bedside manner! In addition, he took the time to answer my questions and hear concerns I had over the various treatment options which I also greatly appreciated. This was my first interaction with him and it was incredibly positive.
Dr Alpert and team were very professional and competent, and got me in and out quickly.
Dr. Alpert and his team creates a very welcoming and safe environment for their patients. Dr. Alpert is very knowledgeable, dependable, and ensures his patients are treated with the upmost care.
If you want a doctor who will treat you like a human being, please see someone else. Doesn’t listen or explain. I could barely move without pain. I waited for this Dr 45 min and he spent 3 minutes with me. He didn’t explain much, but gave me a brace, that they happily billed my insurance for without a diagnosis. Took another 10 minutes for the brace, which an assistant put on. I had questions for him but of course they went unanswered bc he never came back. How is this acceptable? And to bill me for a full appt? Unbelievable... read more
