Dr. Levine has golden hands and heart. He returned to me what cancer took. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, and did things that other drs said were not possible. My recovery was quick and seamless.

Dr. Levine is a wonderful plastic surgeon. He and Dr. Usal did a great job reconstructing my breasts after double mastectomy & the radiation that pretty much destroyed the skin of my right breast.
