I just love all these guys. They are so patient and great with kids - from the moment you walk in the door through offering the kids treasures from their wide array of gifts. The thoroughly explain the exam, and openly and honestly discuss any issues and options. I even travel from Danville to see them. It's totally worth the trip!!!
My kids always go in and leave Dr.Josh's office with a smile. He and his staff is very thorough and teach the kids and the parents all about dental hygiene. I feel so comfortable and safe at his office.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Hazel for a little over a year. DR Hazel and the dental staff have always treated my son well and go out of their way to make him feel comfortable. The only issue I struggle with here is the availability of appointments. It is hard to get an appointment that doesn't interfere with school and the appointments are usually at least a month and a half out. I would like to see more availabity when it comes to non school hours.
Both Doctors are great with my Children and Dr Josh is so patient with my Son who has Autism.
My child has a range of issues making her dental care anything less than standard. Josh has taken excellent care, along with Brian the orthodontist. I have always felt they put their patients before profit and have had the experiences to prove it. I'm sure they are sick of hearing that my daughter's grandfather has run dental departments in such university campuses as UCSF and UCLA but it matters to me that they live up to the standards I was taught to expect.
Everyone in Dr. Solomon's office is outstanding-- from the front office staff, to hygienists, dental assistants and Dr. Josh himself! Instead of dreading the dentist, my boys run up the stairs to the office!
I just have to say what a wonderful caring staff you guys have! My daughter had a traumatic expirience before and hasn't been to the dentist since' I was recommended by some really good friends, so thankful that my daughter wasn't scared and every process was explained to her she did excellent. Thank you so much for being so caring to the children. Liz B.
My sons have been seeing Dr. Josh and his staff for many years. He is a warm, kind and knowledgable dentist who makes the entire process easy for me and my active boys. All of his staff (and I mean every one) are equally kind and my kids have liked every hygienist that they have seen. I highly recommend Dr. Solomon and his practice.
My daughter has been going to Dr. Josh & Dr. Hazel for 6+ years. The level of service provided has always been outstanding. Each person in this office goes out of his/her way to provide excellent care, whether it be the gals in the front office, the dental hygienists, or the dentists as well. Every visit ends with a smile on my daughter's face. I highly recommend Dr. Josh & Dr. Hazel! They are FABULOUS with children!
