Every visit is a great experience because every one in the office is absolutely AWESOME - from the receptionists, to the hygienist, to Dr. Hazel!!!! We also love the cleanliness and feel of the office. Thank you Dr. Josh, Dr. Hazel, and Team - we LOVE your dental office!
I cannot tell you how much I love this place. I will continue to make the 1 hour journey to come here for dental appointments for my children because they love it so much! They tell all of their school friends when it is 'dentist day'! The staff are so welcoming they remind me more of preschool teachers than dental nurses. I kid you not, my daughter literally said the other day "I love going to the dentist!". We were taking her in for a lump inside of her lip and she couldn't wait to get there. The staff always treats my kids with such care and tenderness. They are friendly and kind and have always made them feel safe and secure. My son is high-functioning Autistic & we have gone to this practice since our son was 2 years old. My son loves the gaming reception office, the staff is all about kids. Due to our son's high sensory issues a dental visit is difficult experience, the staff is super understanding & accomodating. They get on our son's level and adjust the visit to make him comfortable & ultimately getting the work done that needs to be done. Sarah (age 3) needed her first set of pictures taken of her teeth. The staff was very fun and cheerful, helping her not to be afraid. Everything went well and she loves her stickers, wand, toy prize, and new toothbrush!
Caring, kind and gentle treatment every step of the way. For every appointment I have ever taken my kids to here they are attentive, listen carefully, explain the procedures well and provide a top of the line dental experience. Even for what could be a tougher appointment like extractions, we left smiling and thankful that this is where we receive our dental care :)
We found Dr. Solomon's office through a neighbor of ours. We live in Dublin and though there are fine pediatric dentists here, we go to Dr. Solomon's because in our opinion, they are the best. Kids are always excited to go. They take the time, they explain, they aren't short staffed, they have monitors to help keep the kids minds on something else (for those that have a fear).
