We have been going to JD Howard Dental for several years. I have a long history of dental work and wish I had known about this practice years ago. They are professional, caring and above all when I have work done I feel it is of the highest caliber. The hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. The front desk staff make you feel welcome immediately upon entering. and Jessica is the BEST.
My cleaning appointment was on the first day the office was opened after the virus shutdown. As always their procedures were excellent and addressed all safety concerns. I really appreciated their availability. Haley did a great job.
I will only go to this practice. They are thoughtful, they are so friendly and professional and I put my complete trust in them. They do wonderful work and they discuss everything with their patients before hand.
There are all kinds of teams. JD Howard Dental just happens to be an ALL STAR Team......
Hello, Love you guys! Dr. Josh always gives me honest advice on going forward, I also appreciate that you understand the blood pressure can be "white coat syndrome" or readily change. Nicest staff I've ever encountered at any medical office. You can tell everyone loves to be there and is very happy to make your experience as comfortable as possible. They always manage insurance brilliantly and know exactly what you will be expected to pay for any given procedure. LOVE these guys!
Wow! What a great experience! Everyone I met at JD Howard was friendly, chipper, and willing to answer any questions. 5 Star customer service!!! I have the most respect for this practice. I usually see Dr Ben as he is very pleasant to deal with. He listens to what I have to say and then gives good advice or suggestions. The entire practice is great from registration to the chair!! I have been most afraid of dentist's and it is this practice that has made me relax about dentists. I am so appreciative for all they do and all they stand for.
I would recommend these people to everyone I know. Upon arrival I was made to feel comfortable and very welcome. Looking forward to the next visit. that may sound weird to some people, but having to have extensive work done , and very bad experience with unnamed other dentist offices. these people are awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I am confident that I am going to get the best treatment and a gorgeous smile when I am done.
