I was impressed with my recent appointment with the measures JD Howard Dental was taking to ensure patients' safety at this time of Covid-19. They have set up a new procedure to enter and leave the building. They ask you to wear a mask. They offer hand disinfectant and check temperature. In addition a phone call the day before was made to ask about any symptoms that I might have. The Hygienists and Dentists were dressed in protective gear including face shields. Today I had a new patient experience at JD Howard and Associates. All I can say is that I was extremely impressed with all the staff who during these trying times with Covid 19 were professional, knowledgeable and caring. Their infection control processes were indeed impressive! I would confidently recommend this Dental Practice to anyone without hesitation. I look forward to my association with JD Howard and Associates.
All safety precautions in place. Personal contact with only the technician who treated me. He was gowned, masked,and gloved at all times. My hands were sanitized on entering and before leaving the building. The birds were exceptionally beautiful today.
Great experience with a very helpful and informational staff. Looking forward to continue to work with them on my dental health!
As always JD Howard Dental was professional and courteous. They are taking amazing extra precautions to keep patients safe during these difficult times. The hygienist and doctor explained safety precautions at each step of the procedures. I felt safe throughout my visit. Thank you to them for being open and supportive to our community during this time. I continue to be impressed by this practice.
