I saw a very professional Dr. Gould for potential cataract surgery on August 8, 2022. He told me if I didn't hear from his scheduling staff in two weeks, I should call the office. I called a month later and was connected with his scheduling team. I was loudly reprimanded by the staff member who asked why I was calling them. She then told me quite emphatically not to call the office again. They would call me. It's been almost a year and I never heard from them. Needless to say, I decided to see another doctor.
Dr. Gould is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Dr. Gould took great care to review and explain every detail, and thoroughly answer every question prior to and after my cataract surgery. His follow-up care is fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Gould to anyone in need of eye care. I must also complement the courteous and professional Eye Care Center Staff.
Dr. Gould has always been thorough and provided clear explanation of the conditions. I also appreciate a bit of small talk, getting to know me.
It was worth waiting as you know that you’re well taken cared of.
Very good doctor
After a long wait in the office, Dr Gould provided thoughtful and constructive recommendations on my PVD and cataract issues. He took the time to explain the risks and rewards of surgery given my particular situation. He answered all of my questions and didnt rush the process to make sure I was comfortable the evaluation.
Doctor Gould is a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring doctor.He was especially patient with our adult daughter who has Down Syndrome.Doctor Gould was able to help her with an issue she had been dealing with for years .We are so grateful.
I've been going to this facility for a few years and seeing Dr Gould . He performed my cataract surgery and I have been very pleased with how friendly and helpful they all were.
Dr. Gould takes his time with his patients to answer any questions they might have for him! He does not rush and has his full attention on you! He explains things well so that you understand what is going on as well as what your follow up treatment should be!! I value his expertise and fully trust him with my vision!! He’s the best!!!
