I have gone to Dr. Downie since 2011. He has performed 3 separate surgeries over that time period. I highly recommend him as an ENT. As someone who suffers from allergies and need routine care, he always provide excellent care and is very compassionate.
Dr Downie removed my kids’ tonsils and adenoids. He is very kind and compassionate to the kids and the parents. The entire surgery team was great. His practice is well run and the front desk gave great directions as the parking is a bit confusing. The office even has snacks and beverages!
Can't recommend. This doctor gave me surgery but septum was not fixed. So I returned to him and he told me that I just needed to continue nasal sprays and dismissed me when I asked about alternatives. I don't think Dr. Downie understood just how bad the problem was - and I tried to tell him - because my next doctor did! Be careful with the doctor you choose.
Dr Downie is EXCEPTIONAL in his knowledge and care. But don't expect to hear back from the office if you need anything for several days..
Went into sinus surgery with one infection and came out with 3. They ghosted me after 4 months of antibiotics. He said “well at least now you can breathe “. I told him on several occasions that wasn’t my problem that I couldn’t move mucus. Come to find out it took an infectious disease doctor to diagnose me after 30 seconds that no one could do after 30 years.
