I was very impressed by Dr Chen. When I left his office, I felt relieved and satisfied with a better understanding of my issue. He took extra time, answered all of my questions and explained my issues in terms I could understand.
Truly he was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns and gave me good advice and set up testing regarding my concerns.
Too much time was spent on how exercise would benefit me. I already exercise multiple times in the week and I said this in the appointment. The doctor mistakenly wrote that I have difficulty swallowing. I do not. This came up multiple times in a endoscopy I had following this appointment that I kept trying to correct. I didn't feel like I was being listened to. I was told I was too young for depression and anxiety in regards to the medication I'm on. That's not how mental health works.
Dr Chen is very thorough.
He sometimes directed comments to my niece. If she caught that she would look away and he got the hint. It didn't really bother me, but it can be a problem with some care providers.
Did not feel like Dr Colton felt my visit was worth his time. He did not explain or share his expertise on the digestive system. Treated as a check the box and move on. Underwhelming experience for the hype of MNGI
My experience with Dr. Colton is nothing short of spectacular. My disease is now under control. I feel like Dr. Colton & I are a team in my care. He was my 3rd doc MNGI, & I am so grateful to have him.
Outstanding, I learned alot
This Dr. Had decided before he came in what my problems were. Don't feel he listened to me and how long this has been going on and with no results. I asked for two tests and he said no. I think I know my body and I have a right to have the care ask for. Even my primary agreed for those tests. I will probably not come back to this clinic and I have been a patient there for many years.
