Dr. Chen was so kind, listened well and explained very clearly plans to move forward and how to manage my symptoms.
Dr. was more concerned about me being off thyroid meds. He did not care for the idea I was in a vegan study group and had good results but need help with gut issues. I asked for help and wanted to see a dietitian to help me with a FODMAP diet for vegan study I'm in. Dr. refused my request and said I need to exercise more. I have nothing wrong with exercise but I still need help with gut issues!
Excellent doctor. Takes extra time to explain and assure you understand your condition. Actively involved patient in treatment plans and followup.

I was very pleased with the care provider's ability to listen to my concerns and how a plan was explained. I felt the provider cared for my issues. I was very happy with the level of care provided by the assistant who provided questions prior to the doctor's arrival.
Dr. Colton listened to me explain my problems and is very determined to find some answers.
I spent an hour and a half here, most of the time without the care provider. I didn't even see the actual doc I was scheduled with didn't come in until the end of it. He had a new provider come in to do the assessment. It was very confusing. I left being told to do what I had already found to do on the internet a year ago and hasn't been working.
Provider was very knowledgeable but seemed very rushed. Still, I got the information I needed and found his answers to my questions very helpful.
