A Blatant Disregard for Patient Care My recent experience with Dr. Eberhardt and his staff was nothing short of a debacle, characterized by their disorganization, poor communication, and outright unprofessionalism. It seems some doctors, like Dr. Eberhardt, act as if they walk on water, displaying an arrogance that completely undermines patient care. We switched our 5 yr old daughter to Dr. Eberhard after a couple visits with Dr. Kepski, and the difference was night and day. Dr. Eberhard took the time to truly connect with our daughter, making eye contact with her, talking to her, showing patience, and genuine care.
