Josh worked very hard for us. Kept us well informed. Helped us with suggestions in preparing the house to sell. Well advertised open houses which brought lots of attention to our house. Found us a buyer in only a few days at the price we wanted. Josh also worked very hard for us when we bought our next house. He is a great negotiator, did his homework, was always available for us and an all around great person to deal with.
Josh did a great job for us on the purchase of our home! We were moving from Calgary so we needed to see a number of homes in a short time period on a house hunting trip.
