I am not sure why of all the 5 star reviews on this doctor. My experience was not like that. I paid my $40.00 co-pay visit and this physician was probably in the examining room less than 5 minutes. Was in the corner of the room talking to me until I asked him to look at some moles and a spot. It was weird, as if I had the plague. He hardly looked at the moles and spot. Didn't examine them thoroughly in my opinion. I submitted a complaint to Kaiser. They sent me a letter a month or so later, stating they would not reimburse m... read more
Visited with Dr David Richmond over concern with changing mole. Had mole removed by Kristen Walden and notified of concerns over squamous cancer. Today, Dr DiCarlo removed area around mole to insure area of concern had been taken care of. All doctors and phone interactions were very positive and I appreciate care I have received at Kaiser.
I had an appointment with Dr. Dicarlo for a mole check. My appointment was ahead of schedule so I did not have to wait. Dr. Dicarlo was very kind and respectful. He explained what he was looking for and why he was concerned about one mole and not another. I felt light headed after having a biopsy done and he ensured that I was safe, and stayed with me for a few extra minutes to make sure I was okay before leaving. Dr. DiCarlo is a very good dermatologist. He explains procedures well and helps allay fears about skin concerns.
