Stay Away from these guys! They are absolutely horrible, shady, rip-offs. I had a friend who had just moved here from Texarkana and needed different tires for her car. I live in the area and had seen Joshs used tires shop so told her to get them from there. Big Mistake...They took her tires offs and put 3 of the same ones back on. And charged her 100.00 dollars. WARNING!!!!! This "business" is being run by shady individuals. I asked how much the cost of installing 4 tires would be and they gave me a quote of a $100 LESS than what they ended up charging me and when I get there to demand them to take off my "new" tires and to put my old ones back on because of false advertisement, they refused and called me degrading things as a female. After all of this they had the nerve to try and sell me car brakes.
This place was horrible. I bought a battery and they lost the bracket and coverings I had on it. It was constantly stopping in the middle of traffic because of this. It is a 2010 Kia so now I have issues that have to be fixed. Told the owner about it and he blew it off, did not even offer refund the labor fees, It still did not work even after they supposedly fixed it, went toe Auto Zone and bought the part for 2.38 to fix it. I wish there was an option for NO STARTS. STAY AWAY. Needed my car inspection done quickly and my regular stop had an hour wait. I passed by saw no line. The inspector stated the car failed due to check engine light not working correctly. After reviewing DPS website and speaking with my regular mechanic come to find out the idiot inspector failed the car, the car check engine light worked fine. I went to Josh's Used Tires because I needed new tires to pass inspection and thought it would be cheaper. I bought 3 used tires (I had one new tire already). I told them I wanted to spend $150, the bill ended up being $250. They put the tires on and as soon as we left the Jeep felt weird, as we drove home I noticed that the right front tire seemed like it was wobbly. Buyer Be Aware.. RATED NO STARS!!!!!!! They are bootleg and a rip off. Brought my rim in for repair and purchased a tire. I was told that the rim would be repaired by heating and molding. The did not they tried to hammer it out instead and had to use a lot of black adhesive for the tire to adhere to the rim. The improper repair of the rim caused damage to the tire but luckily did not cause an accident. When we took it back to them we took a picture of the tire prior. NO STARS!!! NO, NO, NO NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!!!!!! I am very disappointed in Josh's Tires! They sold me 2 tires about a year and a half ago for a small vehicle for $185.00, balanced & mounted. They started out at $55.00 each. I was in desperate need and in a hurry so I paid it and left. By the next morning one was flat & the other was low. So I finallly made it up there and they said, "Sorry about your bad luck"!!!! They laughed at me and practically chased me out of there.
