Josh needs negative stars. My 19 year olddaughter took her car there to get two decent used tires. He sold her 3 crappy tires and charged her $65 for sensors, $65 for mount and balance and charged stem fees. Then she left and the cat immediately started shaking and vibrating. I called Josh from Houston and told him to take the sensors off and not charge her for mount and balance since he didn't really know how to mount and balance anyway and he told me to "Fu+× off" and hung the phone up. I will never be able to say how blessed I am to have this company in my life! Found them 7 years ago and have been there annually and never once have they done anything but to give me the best service, best advice, and the best product. Josh and his wife work their butts off - I absolutely will never go anywhere else.
My brother in law purchased two used tires for $150. Two days later one of the tires came completly apart. When I showed up to help him I see a retread that was manufactured in 2004. Putting re-treads that are 12 years old on the front of a car is irresponsible! He called them and they said sorry bud...can't help you. Wouldn't recommend them to Hillary Clinton...
Had a horrible experience, they welded my exhaust muffler with JV weld and charged me $92. As you guest it, I lasted 5 min if that. They Did not returned my money.
Heed the warnings.. Absolutely the most sorry excuse of a business.. True tale.. Called the guy was rude but offered a fair deal over the phone .. Got there asked me to come into the yard to pick 2 tires that I wanted ... Did so, then he got distracted by someone yelling from the service area .. waited 10 to 15 no one came to offer help...I dragged the 2 tires to the service area..I was the only customer in the bay.. This place is a scam went in to get a used tire for a spare and walked out with $100 bill. they said i needed a new valve stem so i told them to go ahead and replace it not thinking they were going to charge me $25 for it. should of known when i walked in they sell guns,jewelery,cars,and used tires. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Stay away from this place! They are already being prosecuted for their business practices. Unless you LIKE to be RIPPED OFF, you should take your business elsewhere.

NEGATIVE REVIEW These guys are a rip off. My wife called on a used tire and they quoted $35. She sent my son to have the work done and I ended up with bill of $45. They sold me a dry rotted chipped tire. I went to see what they were going to do to fix the issue since this was POOR customer service. They refused to exchange it. They stated they "show the tire" to everyone. This is also incorrect as previously I stopped there with my wife and they did not show the tire for inspection to me or my wife.
