He and Tiffany were very helpful in listening to our needs for a new home, our process of finding a home, negotiating a deal once we found the home that felt right, and help with the inspection process and negotiating repairs with the current home owners, and closing processes. We would highly recommend hiring Josh Zuehlke + CO.

Our initial experience with Josh was similar to the other reviewers here. He works hard, and is quite good at making you think he knows what he's doing. He loves to talk confidently about renovations. But in just a few months of homeownership, speaking with numerous neighbors and contractors, I’ve said/heard “I can’t believe Josh said…” more times than I could have imagined. I would not recommend this realtors services after attempting to relocate from out of state and being ghosted. Responding to potential clients you’ve been texting with directly to let them know you’ve let your place is common courtesy. Ghosting people is for juveniles and people with no manners.
