Josh is seriously the best! He was super friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made the whole experience really comfortable. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and isn’t just trying to rush through and leave. He was thorough, professional, and just genuinely nice to deal with. It’s always great when someone shows up and you immediately feel like you’re in good hands. Definitely recommend Josh the Bug Guy!

He shows up when he says he will, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure everything is handled correctly without disrupting our business. From all of us at Las Vegas Kratom, we appreciate having a relia... read more

I’m in North Las Vegas and had Josh come out to take care of a pest problem at my house. What impressed me most was how straightforward he was. He looked everything over, explained where the problem was likely coming from, and told me exactly what he recommended without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Since Josh treated the house, the difference has been night and day. He was on time, friendly, and clearly knows his business. I also appreciated that he took his time instead of rushing through the job. I’ll ... read more

Josh the Bug Guy is exactly the kind of local business you want to support. Josh is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, doesn’t try to oversell you, and most importantly, gets the job done. It’s hard to find people you can trust when it comes to services around your home, and Josh is definitely one of them. If you’re in the Las Vegas area and need pest control, I highly recommend Josh the Bug Guy. Great service, great com... read more

Would not recommend him to anyone. He's rude, pushy, and unprofessional. We scheduled a time for him to come and perform the service. I live in a condo and my building will not let vendors in without specific paperwork to prove the business is insured. I texted him two days before the scheduled time and told him he would need to show papers. He did not respond. On the day of the appointment, he called me and said that if I couldn't get him in the building without showing anything, he wasn't going to perform the service. I sa... read more
