Highly advise against working with this realtor. From the moment I met him,I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Behavior was strange, and they gave off a very unsettling vibe, making what should have been a professional interaction feel invasive. They were overly persistent and didn’t respect personal boundaries. Left the meeting feeling uneasy. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional realtor, look elsewhere. This one’s definitely not it.

If I could put 0 or -5 stars I would. This man is a bully and has no regard for others. I would never trust him to help me with anything let alone handle all of my own private information when buying or selling a home. Find someone else, anyone else really..

Josh was very knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward with us. We’ve used Josh twice now and both times he has gone above and beyond more than we expected. At times we thought he was doing too much but when he sold our house for $15,000 over asking and $35,000 over what we thought we could get for it, all that additional effort he put in paid off. Very helpful and very responsive to needs and concerns along the way. When feeling overwhelmed with the process, he helped break it down into smaller achievable parts. Highly recommend.
