Nice guy but like every property manager will rip you off at security deposit time. $100 each for $8 walmart window blinds? Really? I really thought he'd be different but sure enough, r8ed in the face. Oh well.
Josh is amazing! He had so much patience throughout this first-time home-buying experience. As someone with a disability he did thorough research on the houses to make sure they fit all my needs. He made it easy to pursue buying a house and made sure I knew all the essential information about becoming a home-owner.

I was looking for another rental property to add to my portfolio. Josh helped me by taking the time to understand my needs regarding what I was looking for in a property. He then did all the research for me to find properties that met my criteria, spent many evenings patiently showing me homes, and ultimately found me a real gem.
