Josh helped us sell our mother/mother-in-law's townhouse in 2026. Josh and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas from the presentation of the home to all the paperwork involved. He knows SE Minnesota very well and all aspects of the market. We were even able to close in his beautiful office, which was very relaxed.
