Jeff was a great agent. He was very knowledgeable in terms of house structures and materials and knew the important ins-and-outs of what made each house have value or lack there of. If he didn't know the answer he would find out very quickly. Moreover, throughout the purchasing process he made sense of the contract information and jargon so I felt as if I was getting a fair deal.
