There is not one thing that i can say that was bad from the experience I had from buying a home with Josh. If i ever had a question or ever needed anything all i had to do was call and if he didnt have the answer, he wouldnt sleep until he found it. Looked at 3 different homes and Josh helped me with each one the same...... with the upper most professionalism and courtesy. Will not buy a home without going through Josh.

Josh Foster lives what he does and it shows. He worked tirelessly at finding the home that was right for us. He promptly returned calls. He was very knowledgeable of the entire process. He made purchasing a new home a delightful journey. He is a professional in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Josh is a very good realtor. He responds to your needs in a timely manner. He uses up to date technology to easily get any paperwork signed. I would highly recommend him to ANYONE. He is very friendly and is a true asset to the business. Highly knowledgeable.

We have had a wonderful experience with Josh Foster. I would recommend his expertise to anyone! We had a few questions about certain processes through our mortgage company and although Josh did not know the answer at the time, he was very willing to find out all answers for us! I personally would not recommend anyone else with a buying house or property experience! Good luck to you and I hope you choose Josh Foster as well!

Josh was so helpful and so wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend him!! He always responded quickly to all of my questions. And he uses up to date technology which was really helpful through the process of buying our first home! Very knowledgeable about real estate and financing! And a wonderful personality.

Josh Foster was the epitome of a professional. He worked diligently to help me sell my mother's home after she passed away. He continuously kept me updated during the process and even followed up with me a week after the closing to make sure everything was fine. He understood what an emotional time this was for me and took extra care to make it as smooth as possible. Can't say enough great things about him or his job performance!

Defiantly couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with. He helped me in every way possible. I was a first time home buyer but with Josh's help found my dream home and he got my into it. I highly recommend him to anybody anytime I hear somebody talking about wanting to buy a house.

First time I worked with Josh. Very knowledgeable, very hard worker. Help me close on a large piece of property and the seller didn't cut the fields like agreed, Josh even hired someone out of his own pocket to get the field cut for me as promised. That says a lot about him right there. Thanks Josh.
