Jose's Landscape & Maintenance responded to my online appointment request via phone call and confirmed my appointment time. They provided a reasonable bid. They showed up on time. They professionally completed the job in a safe and efficient manner, using the correct tools for the job. They left the job site clean and tidy. I am a happy customer and will definitely use their services again.

This company is unprofessional, lacks customer service and do not use their online scheduling tool, it's is a joke. We tried to schedule them online using their online appt. tool to review a few homes needing work in our neighborhood. I was called the day before the appt. to confirm. I was NOT told that the appt would be canceled if I didn't call back that same day.
