Inability to do job properly, over a month delay on rectifying issue, lack of communication, used profane words.
Staff was helpful and prices were great.
We had a great experience with Jose's. Our carpet is still looking great after 3 years. Would hire them again. Very affordable too.
I would score lower if it allowed me too. Absolutely would not recommend or work with this company. They showed up 6 hours late to do a flooring job; by doing so the people in the home had to relocate with essentially just the clothes on their back. The crew was rude, would not communicate directly with us and overall an awful experience.
