Welcome to Josephson's Smokehouse. The Best in Specialty Seafood - Since 1920. We are family-owned and have operated for over ninety years and four generations at our Astoria, Oregon location. At our historic Smokehouse an unequaled variety of seafood is smoked daily; sold at retail fresh from the smokers; packed for individual mail order customers and restaurants; and shipped world-wide.

A cruise ship was in town and most of the eateries were full, at lunchtime, so we decided to return to Warrenton, to find some lunch. We then discovered Josephson's initially to look at the products, and found out we could eat lunch. It was great to have a salad made from scratch (not prepackaged). We also enjoyed the impromptu tour of the plant. Mike Stone.
