THE best smoked salmon I've had in my life. I'm a native Oregonian and have had lots if smoke salmon from various places. Last weekend I happened upon Josephson's and bought some of the sweet and hot smoked salmon. I have never tasted such flavorful and MOIST smoked salmon. Fabulous!
