Dr Quist was very thorough and helpful. I seen quickly and staff made check-in easy.
We went today for a follow up appointment for my son. When we arrived we were informed that they had changed our appointment and said they left a voicemail, we didn’t get any voicemails. They are also trying to charge a no show fee $50 I asked to speak with office mgr and waited for 15 mins but she never came out We will not return again
They lie and actively prevent patients from getting their medical care. They say they’ve reached out multiple times when no communication has been sent, cancel beginning of year appointments when no new insurance has been issued, and do not properly mark appointments down for treatment vs a regular appointment. They don’t care about patients or their pain.
I was nervous coming here because the reviews were horrible. It seems to be the front desk staff and not the doctors. I had minor problems with the front. I’ve seen Karen Griffin NP-C and she was great! I also dealt with their MA (Allison I think. Don’t quote me.) she was kind over the phone and got stuff done! I’m confident Dr. Herrman is going to help me have as normal as a life I can with this new fun life I have. Too bad their front desk staff has ruined it for these great doctors. These doctors deserve better.
I am extremely disappointed with the front office staff at JWM Neurology. My experience was marked by a lack of consideration and compassion, which is especially troubling in a medical setting where patients are often dealing with serious concerns. The staff was unhelpful and came across as uncaring, making an already stressful situation worse. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and empathy.
