The doctors at this practice are good and provide quality care at times. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been very frustrating. I have repeatedly called, sent messages through the patient portal, and requested my test results, but I rarely receive a response. Rather than discussing my results of my EEG with me, they were simply mailed to my home. I also received a bill for $450 that had to be paid before I could be seen again. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Dr. George is awesome! I'm very glad that I got hooked up with JWM for my recovery.
