It’s ridiculous wait time is horrible I was here at 9:45 for appointment been in the back and waiting 30 min for a provider to walk in my room
Much improved check-in and front office experience over another JWM office I have gone to before. Smooth, efficient and welcoming check-in staff. As always, the doctors, PAs, and MAs are wonderful!
If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Never have I seen a provider - and a nurse practitioner at that - and made to feel so insignificant and uncared for!!!! She walked in about one step into the room, and basically said “what?”, she never sat down and didn’t do any kind of physical exam!!!! I have been going there so I could see a specialist for MS but I’ve already called my general neurologist back and asked to return. I will NOT be returning to JWM!!
I wish I could leave no stars. I’ve had nothing but an awful experience with Dr.Quist. He tried to pawn me off and not do his job. He never listened to me about my chronic migraines. Instead of talking to me he flagged me so I couldn’t make any appointments. I’ve now have to find someone else to help me with my chronic migraines while suffering with no medication or any help. Absolutely awful.
