Michael and Michael are both very polite and helpful. I met the son of the recently paved Nick Plate trail and he invited me to visit the show too. When I arrived, the father told me some wonderful stories about the rug's origins. Wonderful people! I look forward to purchasing a beautiful rug soon.
What Michael/Joseph's doesn't know about oriental/exotic rugs is not worth knowing. Appraisals, sales, etc...the only place to go.
I spoke with both the owner and his son. Both were the most knowledgable people I have ever spoken to about rugs. They helped me with a rug I did not purchase from them and just gave me their opinion on if it was ruined or not. They have a great selection of rugs and work hard to stay in your budget with their quality products. You can't go wrong working with this multi-generationally owned company.
This place is unimaginable, carpets area rough from back 1890 u have to see 4ur self. Amazing, controversial and the list goes on, on, and on. U willnt regret it.
They did a great job cleaning a hall rug at a very reasonable price.
