We bought rugs here 6 years ago for our house in Indy. The service was 10 out of 10 and the guys helped us get them to our house to “try them out” while we decided which ones we wanted. Highly recommend Mike Joseph and his guys. My grandparents bought rugs from them decades ago and they still last. Fantastic quality!
We've used Joseph's Imports for many years to get our family room rug treated and cleaned. It's small enough for me to handle and make the round trips to Joseph's Recently we needed to get our living room's 9' x 21' oriental rug çleaned. Because I couldn't use my "do-it-myself" service, I used their pickup and delivery service. The total cost was very reasonable.
I worked with Mike at Josephs and he is extremely knowledgeable, which helped because I don't know my rugs. He is also friendly and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
