Super nice management. Apartments and grounds are well maintained and cared for.
I enjoyed the view and location. When I walked in I was greeted with love and great service. The leasing agent was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions, in was patient with me. I would recommend Joesph Landing Apartments to anyone. The management team was very knowledgeable and TOTALLY SUPPORTIVE IN AWESOME. I wish I could give them 7 STARS.
I am not a resident here, but am here almost every day visiting a friend :) Her apartment is adorable... the cute little fountain and flowers at the front entry to the complex are a very nice welcome... the area is always kept clean and maintenance is on top of any issues that pop up. Moving here several hundreds of miles away from home the office staff made me feel as if I was really home the complex manager karen is so loving and understanding always willing to work with you. When ever I have had an issue one phone call to the office and the situation was taken care of they keep they grounds cleaned you will daily see the maintenance cleaning trash All of the maintenance men are very polite and respectful.
