The Josephine Street Cafe was founded in 1979 by Patrick S. Molak. The Building has been around long before it was turned into the famous Texas Roadhouse it is today. This little restaurant was recommended by the Finance Mgr at Cavender Ford. Our waitress, Christy, was so friendly and made our dining experience really nice. The food portions were large. We tried the onion rings as an appetizer. Yum! Had to take them to go. If we had eaten all the appetizer would have had no room for meal. Staff fighting. Food wasn’t great. Manager nowhere to be seen. Won’t be coming back.
Stayed to grab a quick drink and lunch, and enjoyed the experience. They have an amazing staff by the way!
