Saw her at CVS Minuteclinic in NYC and she was very nice. However, after carefully explaining the specific lab test I needed and confirming it would be quantitative, she managed to place an order for 3 incorrect qualitative tests. What rubbed salt in the wound was the fact that she was unreachable after I called the CVS MinuteClinic helpline on consecutive days after getting my lab results back for incorrect tests (which were not read / interpreted back for me), even though the staff put a high priority tab on my case.
