Josephine has such a thoughtful menu, which makes me want to order everything!!! Every bite is a surprise treat and gets better as you progress with the meal. We were recently in Nashville and loved all the traditional southern food, but Josephine was a definite favorite. We actually went there twice during our stay. Josephine uses local ingredients and puts a delicious twist on Southern favorites. Yum!!!

Duck fat Hashbrowns, Potatoes with cured Salmon, and the Halibut. Try the Cote de Provence Dry Rose.

Ate here for brunch as we were visiting Nashville. It was difficult to choose from their wonderful menu, but the food was fabulous! The best restaurant we tried on a trip that included the Opryland Hotel!
