I have been a McCartin insurance customer since I was around 20 years old (now 59), and I have never considered or need to consider changing agents! The pricing for auto and homeowners insurance cannot be beat (I’ve checked around a time or two), and is extremely reasonable. If I ever needed help with a claim (nothing major, thankfully), the staff have always been quick to help and respond. Changes to policy coverGe are always quick to make. I have recommended the company to family and friends and would do so to anyone.
Many people dread dealing with their insurance agents or companies. Their feelings may be the same as getting a root canal! But my recent experience with the staff of the McCartin Insurance Agency was a pleasure. These folks have clearly bought into customer service as the way to make and keep happy clients. And it works. Because of their exceptional attention to the needs and comfort of their clients, I will continue to purchase my insurance products from them, as well as encourage others to do the same.
The people at McCartin have always been wonderful to deal with. They respond quickly to emails & phone calls & have provided our family with excellent insurance coverage for several years. Recently, Maria Faulconer helped me with a couple of things & she was especially friendly & helpful.

I was thrilled at how easy it was for me to switch ALL of my insurances to this company. Not only was the associate very helpful in explaining terminology that I was unfamiliar with, but I even saved money. They are very easy to work with and I'm so very glad I switched to them.
I run a dog training business and we participate in events and need to provide our General Liability Insurance Certificate for the day of the event listing the event holder as an additional insured.
