I have been with this company for a very long time. They are always professional and caring towards my needs. Especially during this pandemic, they checked on us to see if we needed any assistance. I would highly encourage everyone to give them a try.
Beware this company. My friend fell through the second story deck of our home and they denied our claim. She has long-lasting injuries and we have had to have the whole deck replaced. They found a loophole to deny our coverage. They are pleasant to talk with and must have a lot of practice denying claims. I was a long-term customer that never filed a claim and when I needed them, they failed. So dissapointed in their process and reasoning.
