Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was it easy to make an appointment with this urologist? No, it took a while Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this urologist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this urologist friendly? Yes Are you going to visit this urologist again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know. They were very understanding and respectful. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the e... read more
