Called to make a consultation appointment, as I found his name on the Passport by Molina website. When I told him I had Medicaid insurance, he said that he only took Medicaid patients by referral, and hung up on me.
I haven't even started to come here yet. But I called and a older "what I thought was a gentleman" answered the phone, I asked if they take Medicaid and he said in a rude voice only by referral only and hung up on me, I called back again and asked if I can talk to the manager and he told me I'm the one that manages this place in a rude voice and then hangs up on me again!
