Dr. Toland isn't our pediatrician, but he would be if we lived in Norfolk. A few years ago he received my newborns bilirubin levels in error as the lab sent them to him instead of our pediatrician. He took the time to call me (I suspect from home), express his concern and directed me to contact our pediatricians office immediately. Our son ended up in the emergency room at CHKD and was hospitalized for phototherapy.
