The front desk staff is awful!!!! They were so concerned with payment they did not even confirm my husband could be seen for his hand injury. The doctor no longer sees patients for hand injuries. What a waste of time. Dr. Thometz should move to a different practice because the front desk at this location is not a good look.
Spoke with a front desk worker that was just rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t answer simple questions to give an idea of cost and spoke and acted like I was creating a great imposition. Glad I went with a different office where they were far nicer and accommodating.
