I hated it. Everyone was mean & judgy. If you aren’t fake - full of injections & extensions, you aren’t welcome here. Also overpriced for subpar work.
I'm an autistic 81lb 5ft girl who requires care from my mom. I visited Joseph Salon on Saturday to have my hair highlighted. The girls who worked on me was Reagan. I've had my hair highlighted for 15 years and this was the worst job I had done on my hair. She didn't let the hair lift long enough or mixed the color incorrectly and it didn't come out blonde enough. Blonde is part of my identity and this has caused much distress. I am absolutely obsessed with this salon! Lydia did my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was so thorough and took her time to make sure we had a plan before she even started. She really listened to everything I wanted, and she's the first hairstylist to actually give me exactly what I asked for. I am beyond obsessed with my hair and will never go anywhere else. 100000/10, I couldn't recommend her enough!
