I'm an autistic 81lb 5ft girl who requires care from my mom. I visited Joseph Salon on Saturday to have my hair highlighted. The girls who worked on me was Reagan. I've had my hair highlighted for 15 years and this was the worst job I had done on my hair. She didn't let the hair lift long enough or mixed the color incorrectly and it didn't come out blonde enough. Blonde is part of my identity and this has caused much distress.
