Dr. Merrill is fantastic. He takes the time to explain everything about my surgery.
It was a great experience, from registration, to check in, to being prepared for the procedure was a smooth process with extremely helpful individuals. Then in the procedure room, the nurse, and anesthesiologist introduced themselves and explained there roles. And, of course, Dr. Merrill, asked about how I was feeling, not just about the procedure at hand, but me as an individual. Dr. Merrill was so great!! In fact the entire crew was terrific. Even the prep was easier this time because I was given a choice of 4 preps to take. So happy with Dr. Merrill!!!
I saw Dr. Merrill in an emergency situation. He was kind, explained everything thoroughly, completed a successful surgery, and had great follow up both in the hospital and through his office.
